Beer and burgers go hand in hand with July Fourth. But here at Well+Being we're always trying to find ways to squeeze some low-calorie and nutritious options into our holiday feasts. We rounded up some of our favorite healthy recipes, from refreshing agua fresca to a vegetarian burger that will please even the biggest meat fan.
