Few restaurants in the area come with as much hype as this graffiti-scrawled Taiwanese perch, where waits can stretch up to four hours. But score a stool—or order carryout—and you’ll be rewarded with Washington’s best ramen. Three meaty stocks go into the milky broth for the Toki Hakata Classic, bolstered with pulled pork, a runny egg, and pickled ginger. Almost as addictive: just-baked chocolate cookies with red-miso buttercream.
