This industrial-chic eatery in Ivy City offers so many ways to dine. There’s the bi-level dining room—we like the second floor, with its bird’s-eye sweep of the whole scene—where prix fixe menus are the focus. Want to order à la carte? Head to the snug rooftop greenhouse bar/lounge, which is heated in winter. Set menus range from three to six courses and show off plates such as sunchoke velouté with lobster and fennel marmalade, or brioche-crusted halibut with melted leeks. There’s also a gorgeous salt-baked rib eye for two—it’s a $30 upcharge with the three-courser, which is still cheaper than the four-course option, and the steak is so beautifully done that it winds up feeling like a deal.
