This Shaw dining room, outfitted in tasteful grays and whites, has been doing minimalist luxury for years. Chef Eric Ziebold’s cooking is rooted in French cuisine, and he embraces global and American influences with gusto, as seen in a recent menu including corned beef cheeks with crispy potato salad and warm piccalilli; shoat ravioli with braised cabbage; and his classic lobster French toast jazzed up with toasted-sesame mousse and persimmon. His wife and co-owner, Celia Laurent, is the artisan behind the striking flower and candle installations in the loungey front room.
