The shop is known for birria beef and goat stuffed into griddled corn tortillas flavored by a house red oil—with the option to add cheese or a side of consommé for dipping. But don’t miss the signature tinga chicken stewed with tomato, onions, and chipotles, or a sleeper-hit shrimp tostada studded with mango and cucumber. No order is complete without the caramel-filled churros, with more caramel for dipping.
