Shaw
American, French
Eric Ziebold, chef/owner of this elegant Shaw eatery, mingles refined French-influenced cooking with nods to Americana. Classics such as crisp-skinned roast chicken with potatoes rissolées and lobster French toast with sesame mousse live happily alongside more fleeting notions like the trio of irresistible shoat (young, weaned pig) plates—braised shoat-filled pierogi, honey-glazed leg, and crisp belly. Our favorite perches are the hideaway booths, but any table in this soothing space feels right for an intimate tête-à-tête.
