Hands down, the haremlike coed bathroom at Mie N Yu restaurant (3125 M St., NW; 202-333-6122) is tops. The subterranean retreat has carved, floor-to-ceiling stall doors around a cluster of trickling sinks and flower planters. And an attendant politely squirts soap and proffers hand towels as needed.
