More spring fun to an tic i pate: L’Academie de Cuisine’s annual golf tournament—which raises money for scholarships—will be May 14 at Whiskey Creek Golf Club (4804 Whiskey Ct., Ijamsville, Md.). Terrific items up for auction include dinners at Citronelle, Kinkead’s, Equinox, and more.

Players include chefs Cesare Lanfranconi of Tosca, Jonathan Krinn of 2941, and Gerard Pangaud, formerly of Gerard’s Place. In addition to facing off on the top-rated course, competitors will enjoy a lavish buffet catered by culinary and pastry students.

There are other perks: Last year at the ninth hole, players enjoyed a winetasting before proceeding to the back nine.

Tournament entry costs $150. Call Clarice Dionot at 301-986-9490.
