Today was April Fools' Day (duh). Here are some pranks we saw around the web:
-H Street corridor blogger Frozen Tropics did a very comprehensive series of joke blog posts, pretending that Joe Englert was opening a (literal) meatpacking warehouse on H Street, and a particularly good post titled "Girlfriend No Longer Has Excuse To Not Visit H St Boyfriend."
-Google did its usual variety of pranks across all of its products.
-Snarky women's issues site Jezebel pretended it got bought out by Conde Nast.
-Youtube "rickrolled" its users. Explaining the phenomenon of rickrolling makes our head hurt, so go here to read about it.
