The American Red Cross is preparing for record crowds during the inauguration. In a WUSA 9 report, senior director of emergency and international services Joseph Sciuto says, "The City of DC normally has 479 thousand people. We're expecting 3 to 5 milllion. That's a one thousand percent increase basically."
