Burger Brackets: Chadwicks vs. Spider Kelly’s

Today, we move on to the second round of the Burger Brackets. Who will advance? Who will fall off the charts, never to be heard from again? Make sure to vote in today's face-off!

And here we are with today's PM Burger Brackets face-off! As you can see above, we've merged the two brackets, and will alternate back and forth between the red and the green brackets as we go forward. Currently, Five Guys is battling Billy Martin's Tavern for burger supremacy (hint: if you're a Billy Martin fan, you may want to get over there and vote, and then tell all one thousand of your closest friends to vote as well). The Five Guys vs. Billy Martin poll will stay open until 10 AM tomorrow.

This afternoon's burger face-off is…

Chadwicks: The $9 burger at the Georgetown branch of this friendly neighborhood pub is nearly a half-pound of charbroiled Angus topped with lettuce, tomato, and a pickle. On Mondays you'll find it for half-price. Chadwicks recently bested Sonoma in the first round.

Spider Kelly's: This spot in Clarendon proudly proclaims of its half-pound Spider Kelly burger: “This burger contains pork fat—YES!” This burger joint beat out the Prime Rib to advance.

Who makes the better burger? Vote in the poll below, then leave your thoughts in the comments. Then go and vote in the Five Guys vs. Billy Martin's face-off—that's open until 10 AM tomorrow.
