Each week, we ask you to tweet us the best dishes from your eating adventures from over the weekend. And you always deliver with a Twitter stream full of enticing choices. Check out the list below to see what Twitterers around town want a second helping of; if you want to see a favorite dish included, tweet @bestbitesblog, and we'll update the list to include your recommendation.

(Psst—you can also follow Washingtonian on Twitter here, and food and dining editor Todd Kliman here.)

emilyking: Best weekend dish was the Rava Masala at Nirvana. Curried potatoes and onions inside a huge sourdough-like, crispy pancake.

iwritegourmet: orange hummus and a new IPA at Leesburg's Vintage 50

dcgluties: I had my first gluten-free pizza from the Arlington zpizza outpost. It was WAY better than typical #gfree pizzas.

gwenbeattie: Nana's Sunday night dinner @ the Majestic! Fried Chicken! Potato Salad! Mac n' Cheese! Peach Pie/vanilla ice cream! Perfect!

laurenlaughs: skillet corn bread, fresh-ground veggie burger, and iced tea from Founding Farmers. yum!

discojing: @ the counter: ok sweet fries, great reg. fries. fried egg topping was meh, but burger overall delicious! a lil' $$

storgaardconley: Had the Grilled Ahi Tuna Sandwich for lunch at CEDAR DC- It was great!

TopShelfWBJ: Singapore noodles from Happy Family (Falls Church, delivery). Even better in an omelet the next day.

anneblair: fabulous birthday this weekend including an awesome dinner at hank's oyster bar
