Three episodes in, personalities are really emerging on this season of Top Chef, whether it's Tom Colicchio defending his Italian heritage against inadequate sliders, Angelo learning humility via phenomenal ribs, or Arnold sacrificing his pores for grilling greatness and the ribs. We may not all match the deliciousness of his lamb kebabs on our own Webers this weekend, but that doesn't mean we don't deserve great drinks. Derek Brown, of the Gibson and the Columbia Room, ginned up a terrific cocktail for us to pair with barbecue: the Final
-3/4 oz rye whiskey
-3/4 oz green chartreuse
-3/4 oz maraschino liqueur
-3/4 oz lemon juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
