Missed Connections: Indecent Proposal Edition

We’ve heard of some wacky ways to propose—on Jumbotrons at sporting events, hiding a ring in a dessert, hiring a plane to drag a banner through the sky—but proposing on Craigslist, as one Missed Connection writer appears to have done this week, takes the cake. In other Washington love lives, there are some superhero-inspired crushes, long lost AIM buddies, and a possible case of sorely mistaken identity.

We don’t know which is sadder: that he’s looking for a girl he met 6½ years ago or that he only had enough game to get her screen name.
