DC's answer to the wildly popular Kogi BBQ truck in Los Angeles is Takorean, a collision of Mexico and Asia. Translation: bulgogi steak, sweet-chili chicken, or hoisin tofu on corn tortillas with trimmings such as kimchee, Sriracha mayo, and lime. Its opponent is the very new Meathead Mobile, which offers four options: beef (with onions, cheese, ketchup), pork (with cole slaw and barbecue sauce), chicken (lime vinaigrette, lettuce/tomato salad), or a tower of all three. Vegans need not apply.
