Wannabe racers can suit up for an orientation and instruction in a stock car before navigating the Delaware track at speeds of 90 to 120 miles an hour. The speedway offers half a dozen packages, including a ten-lap session ($389 weekdays, $429 weekends), and, for the more timid, a circle around the track four times with an instructor ($99). Or go for broke and, after riding with an instructor, feel the G-forces during 30 solo laps ($899 weekdays, $939 weekends). Bring the family—they can cheer you on and record a video for posterity.
