RUN: Run five miles or walk one mile in memory of Corbin Marc Crabb, who died in 2006 from a congenital heart defect just before his second birthday. The Corbin Fun Run starts at 8 AM and takes place at Burke Lake Park. The race is free for ages five and under, $11 for ages six to 11, and $26 for adults. Register for the race here. Proceeds will be donated to the TenderHearts of INOVA Children’s Hospital.

DANCE/YOGA: Get ready for both breakdancing and vinyasa yoga at Lululemon in Georgetown from 1 to 3 PM. The BuddhaX Breakflow class, taught by Breakflow founder Ari Kassman, will incorporate breakdancing and yoga movements into various sequences. To sign up for the class, visit BuddhaX’s Web site or like BuddhaX on Facebook. If you can’t make this Saturday class, check out Sunday’s session at Flow Yoga Center from 1:30 to 3:30 PM. Both classes are pay-what-you-want.

YOGA: Lululemon at Tysons Corner will host a free vinyasa yoga class at Beloved Yoga (11872 Sunrise Valley Dr., Suite 101, Reston, 703-860-9642) for 90 minutes. Bring your own mat and water, and there before 4 PM, since the class is complimentary on a first-come, first-serve basis. For more information, click here.

After a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony at the top of the steps of the trail bridge opening in Aspen Hill Local Park (5013 Baltic Ave., Aspen Hill), the club will lead the group with a 18.6-mile bike ride and run. The run is free. Visit Montgomery Park’s Web site for more information.

SHOP: Spend the day with Saucony and Fleet Feet Sports in Gaithersburg. Saucony will bring along their van equipped with treadmills and TVs to check out your running form.
