Weekend Refresher at Liaison Hotel

Led by Faith Hunter of Embrace Yoga, participants are led through an hourlong vinyasa class, followed by breakfast at Art and Soul. $50. Boot Camp With Nike Georgetown at Ritz-Carlton Georgetown

Personal trainers Chris Perrin and Ingrid Nelson lead a free, hourlong fitness class in the hotel’s urban garden every Sunday until October. Afterward, enjoy brunch with bottomless drinks for $39.
Pilates on the Patio at Poste Modern Brasserie
Saturday at 10 AM
This Saturday marks the last Pilates on the Patio of the season with instructor Chauna Bryant. The 45-minute class is all levels, and everyone receives a glass of sparkling wine afterward. $24. PoP will also host a charity class at Kiehl’s in Georgetown on June 30 at 10:30 AM for $29.
