Join a Weekend Run or Race
Stay on track with your fall training program by joining Rehoboth Beach Running Company for a group run on Sunday at 8 AM. Alternatively, sign up for a race, such as the 2013 Dewey Beach Buddy Run to benefit Best Buddies Delaware. It ends with an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast.

Tour Lower Delaware by Bike
