We’re continuing our mission to help you stay fit and healthy in 2014 with another roundup of great workouts in Washington—and this time, all of them are free! Head to these local studios and stores any day of the week to take advantage of fitness classes that are as good for your wallet as they are for your body.

Monday at Nike Georgetown
Banish the Monday blues with Nike’s 8 PM boot camp. The brand’s Georgetown store turns into a massive gym filled with more than 100 participants sweating it out to a bodyweight workout led by Nike trainers. RSVP, and get there early to snag a spot.

Tuesday at Pacers
Get in a midweek tempo run with Pacers Running Stores when they host Tuesday-night fun runs at multiple locations in DC and Virginia. Choose a distance of three to five miles and set your own pace, or find a running buddy. Tip: On the second Tuesday of every month, opt for a fun run with Pacers in Logan Circle, which ends with a meal at Shake Shack
Also try: Fun runs at various Potomac River Running stores or with DC Capital Striders at 6:30 PM.

Wednesday at Revolve Fitness
Get your day started at 7 AM at Revolve in Clarendon. The indoor cycling studio has teamed up with Lululemon to offer complimentary sweat sessions on the bike throughout the month of January.
Also try: The November Project at 6:30 AM at the Lincoln Memorial

Thursday at Flow Yoga Center
The Logan Circle yoga studio hosts a donation-based class at 7:45 PM every Thursday led by an instructor-in-training. All donations go toward a charity of the studio’s choice.

Friday at Sculpt DC
Sculpt DC hosts multiple free community classes each month, and every Friday in January you can take one with new yoga instructor (and former Washingtonian editorial intern) Jeesoo Park. The 45-minute full-body workout involves using hand weights as you move through yoga poses.
Also try: Free “mini barre” classes at Biker Barre led by an instructor-in-training.

Saturday at Bicycle Space
Get to know the hills of Anacostia on Saturday at 9 AM with BicycleSpace. Ride leader Mauricio Herbas takes you across the river on a 20- to 25-mile ride at a moderately fast pace. Meet at the store on Seventh Street with your bike.
Also try: BicycleSpace’s 8:15 AM yoga class or 11:30 AM ride.

Sunday at Lululemon Georgetown
Start your week feeling Zen thanks to a complimentary one-hour yoga class at Lululemon Georgetown at noon. Each month the class is hosted by a local yoga studio. From now until February it’s taught by Down Dog Yoga instructors. Bring your own mat.
Also try: A three- to five-mile run with Athleta in Georgetown at 9 AM.

Bonuses: The Reebok FitHub in Georgetown hosts several free classes in-store per week with local instructors; follow @reebokfithubgeorgetown on Instagram for daily announcements. Or sign up for Sweetgreen Passport, which hosts free monthly workouts and classes only for Passport members.
