This riff on a caipirinha—our favorite cocktail at Tico—is made with cashew juice (the juice from cashew apples), which you’ll find at most Giant stores.

Serves 6

12 ounces aged Cachaca

6 ounces simple syrup

4½ ounces cashew juice

3 whole limes, each cut into 8 wedges

In a large shaker, muddle 9 lime wedges with ½ of the simple syrup. Add ice, 2¼ ounces of cashew juice and 6 ounces of Cachaca, then shake vigorously. Split the cocktail into 3 old fashioned glass and garnish with another lime wedge. Repeat.
