Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia invites you and your family to join us for a family friendly 5K weekend, November 22 and 23.

November 22 at Potomac Nationals Baseball Stadium in Woodbridge, Virginia
November 23 along the Potomac River in Rosslyn, Arlington, Virginia

Races start at 8:30 AM sharp!

This unique event brings together hundreds of girls ages 8 to 13, their families, and community members for a celebratory 5K run that is the culmination of the 10-week Girls on the Run program.

Both 5Ks are open to the public, to runners of all ages and abilities. Bring the whole family! Event registration and details can be found at www.novafamily5k.org.

Timing chips, 5K technical T-shirts, and finisher medals are included for all registered runners. You must be registered for the 5K and wearing the official GOTR race bib in order to run.

Girls on the Run prepares girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living using a fun, experienced-based curriculum, which creatively integrates running. For more information about our 10-week after-school program in Northern Virginia, please visit www.gotrnova.org.
