Photos: DC Protestors Call on President Trump to Release His Tax Returns

At Tax Day rallies across the nation this weekend, protesters demanded that Donald Trump release his tax returns. In Washington, thousands assembled in front of the Capitol as liberal stalwarts like Senator Ron Wyden told the President to “knock it off.” Congresswoman Maxine Waters was more direct. “I will fight every day until he is impeached,” she said before leading the crowd in chanting “Impeach 45.”

Trump brushed off the demands by reminding protestors that he won the election. “I did what was an almost an impossible thing to do for a Republican-easily won the Electoral College! Now Tax Returns are brought up again?” he tweeted. Trump followed up to say: “The election is over!”
