Wednesday is ~Ladies Night~ at Fleet Feet so bring your mom, sister, roommate, or grandma for a run around DC. Runners meet at the Adams Morgan store for a relaxed three-miles; the course is announced ahead of time. 1841 Columbia Rd., NW.

Thursday, February 22, 6:45PM

Join the DC Capital Striders for a run through Old Town and on the nearby Mount Vernon Trail. The course and distance are shared prior, but it’s open to all levels of runners. Register here1103 Queen St., Alexandria.
