Join running group DC Capital Striders for a trail run around Great Falls Park. The run can vary from three to 10 miles (distance is decided in the parking lot at Difficult Run Trail), but hydration and headlamps are encouraged. Sign up here. Meet at 8890 Georgetown Pike.

Wednesday is ~Ladies Night~ so bring your mom, sister, roommate, or grandma for a run around DC. Runners meet at the Adams Morgan store for a relaxed three miles; the course is announced ahead of time. Meet at 1841 Columbia Rd., NW.

Join Pacers leader Mikey for a run with Team RWB, a veteran group that connects veterans to the community through social and physical activity. Meet at 300 Tingey St., SE.

Potomac River Running Store

This four-mile run along the National Mall welcomes runners looking for a casual jog around the monuments or those aiming to knock out a training run. Meet at 919 F St., NW.

DC Capital Striders

Runners shooting to PR in the Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run can head to Woodson High School for a speed workout on the track led by Sean from Pacers. Meet at 10420 N. St., Fairfax.
