From a lavish lobster eggs Benedict to a lush fruit plate and a basket of fresh pastries, breakfast and brunch in the Jefferson hotel’s gorgeous Greenhouse are well prepared and elegantly presented—think white tablecloths and lots of shiny silver. It’s hard to upstage the setting, with its flowers, vaulted skylight ceiling, and crown molding, but dishes such as the fluffy omelet stand out; we like it stuffed with spinach, onions, and cheese. Monday through Saturday 7 to 10:30; Sunday 7 to 10:30 and 11 to 3.
