The Capella’s infinity pool has an interior entrance but is open to the rooftop deck, which wraps around the hotel and has its own bar and kitchen. The rooftop is scheduled to be finished by Easter weekend. Photograph by Carol Ross Joynt.
In all the hotel’s wood-and-marble bathrooms are rainwater showers. The bathtub in the presidential suite is made from one piece of marble. It weighs 2,000 pounds and looks like it could hold as many as four people. Photograph by Carol Ross Joynt.
