It's been open less than a week, but already diners have a lot to say about Potenza (1430 H St., NW; 202-638-4444). The trattoria (there's a soon-to-open bakery next door), which is run by the team behind Zola, offers rustic Italian pastas and pizza and is housed in the Woodward Building.
