Things to Do

Where & When: What to Do Tonight

Dance the night away or get a taste of South American culture

Show off your killer dance moves at “A Scary Smooth Tribute to Thriller” at Little Miss Whiskey’s Golden Dollar. The event features music videos, the sounds of the Ghost of Billy D and Bandanas, and $3 Colt 45s all night long. 9 PM; no cover.

Opening tonight at the Hirshhorn Museum is “Guillermo Kuitca: Everything—Paintings and Works on Paper, 1980 to 2008.” This is the first survey of the Argentinean artist’s paintings in the United States, many of which are inspired by his career in theater. Through January 16; free.

Celebrate the future host country of the World Cup and the Olympics at Café Saint-Ex. The restaurant/bar is celebrating the third anniversary of its Brazilian Rhythms Night with authentic Brazilian fare, cocktails, and electro-funk tunes. There are food and drink specials all day, and music starts at 10. No cover.
