Twice a year, the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington organizes Restaurant Week, when hundreds of places offer three-course, set-price menus. This year, lunch is $20.11 and dinner is $35.11. There's a strategy to choosing where to eat: Reserve your seats wisely and you could be eating like a king for a fraction of the normal price.
