The mini-chain Sweetgreen is handing out free cups of its tangy frozen yogurt Tuesday night at three of the eight Washington locations.

The promotion—which runs from 6 to 8 PM at the Georgetown (3333 M St., NW), Logan Circle (1471 P St., NW), and Dupont Circle (1512 Connecticut Ave., NW) shops—is part of the launch for the new deal site Gilt City DC. Considering it's supposed to be 97 degrees tomorrow, the timing couldn't be better.

In a large, ever-growing field of frozen-yogurt stores, we rank Sweetgreen in the top tier. Our favorite mix of add-ons: chocolate chips, almonds, and blueberries. Let us know in the comments what toppings you'll be ordering.

To find out more information and RSVP for the event, go to the Gilt City DC Facebook event page.
