The Ballston-parked Taco Carrito pulled off the biggest upset of Round 1: Ranked 26, the little Mexican-food stand outdid seventh-ranked SweetFlow Mobile, the roving arm of the Sweetgreen chain. Will Taco Carrito be able to keep the magic going through Round 2? Its opponent: Windy City Red Hots, which brings Chicago dogs to the parking lot of an Ashburn nursery. And now there's a bricks-and-mortar outpost of Windy City. Bricks didn't scare Taco Carrito last week, though.
