Happy Thursday, food truck followers! It's a truly gorgeous day outside, so make sure to get out for a food truck picnic of specials such as pastrami sandwiches and black-and-white cookies from NY Deli Truck, shrimp and vegetarian garden rolls at Sang on Wheels, fry bread with smoked pork shoulder aboard Urban Bumpkin, and quinoa salad and fish tacos by Latin & American Flavors.
