Happy Tuesday, food truck followers! It's another low-humidity stunner out there, so get outside for specials such as empanadas stuffed with shredded beef, cilantro, and charred-jalapeño sauce aboard DC Empanadas, pho-inspired slices and watermelon salad at DC Slices, and FREE cupcakes from two Curbside Cupcakes locations in honor of Henry Ford's 150th birthday.

Farragut Square (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find Wassub, Sang on Wheels, Korengy, Fasika, DC Taco Truck, Cheesecake Truck, Tokyo in the City, and DC Empanadas; DC Slices, Mojo Truck, Sate Truck, Mr. Miyagi's Teriyaki, Tapas Truck, and Cheesequake (nearby at 20th and L).
