When it comes to Washingon's food trucks, Friday always means you should head to Franklin Park and Farragut Square, and today is no exception. At Farragut, you'll find Pleasant Pops with a whopping ten flavors (we'll take one each of the Mexican sweet-cream-and-cinnamon, pineapple-basil, and strawberry-ginger lemonade, please). At Franklin, look for BBQ Bus, which only travels on Friday and weekends. In case you missed it, we took a look at three of the newest trucks on the streets: Basil Thyme, Rolling Ficelle, and Feelin' Crabby.

Chinatown area, where you'll find Big Cheese, Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 2's first stop at Ninth and H sts., NW), and a Red Hook Lobster truck (Seventh and F sts., NW).

Dupont Circle, where you'll find Sixth & Rye.

Franklin Park (13th and K sts., NW), where you'll find Basil Thyme, BBQ Bus, Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 2's third stop), DC Empanadas, DC Pie Truck, Pi Truck DC, Rolling Ficelle, a Sâuçá truck, and Merlindia from Fojol Bros.

Friendship Heights, where you'll find Takorean (first stop at Wisconsin Ave. and Jenifer St., NW, at 11:15; second stop at Wisconsin Ave. and Upton St., at 12:30).

L'Enfant (around Sixth St. and Maryland Ave., SW), where you'll find a Sâuçá truck.

Metro Center (around 12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find a Sâuçá truck and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 1's first stop).

Northern Virginia, where you'll find Capital Empanadas (Welburn Sq. in Ballston), Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 3's stops: Ballston Metro, Rosslyn, Courthouse Metro, Virginia Square Metro), Choupi Crepes (Rosslyn), District Taco (Lynn St. in Rosslyn), Doug the Food Dude (Crystal City), Maple Ave. Xpress (Greensboro and Solutions drs., Tysons), Pleasant Pops (Gunston Middle School at 2700 S. Lang St., Arlington, from 6 to 8), Sinplicity (Rosslyn), Top Dog Truck (Solutions Dr. off Greensboro Dr., Tysons), and Sweet Fleet (Pentagon City, Crystal City, Virginia Square, Ballston).

State Department/West End area,
where you'll find Carnivore BBQ (at 22nd and M sts., NW), Fry Captain (State Department), a Red Hook Lobster truck (23rd and M sts., NW), and Benethiopia from Fojol Bros. (at 21st St. and Virginia Ave., NW). Pleasant Pops is nearby at 20th and L streets, Northwest, at 2:15.
