Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in McLean (1960-A Chain Bridge Rd.) is hosting its seventh annual Champagne-and-sparkling-wine supper for two nights. Roberto Donna, a onetime Iron Chef winner, will teach budding culinary stars how to prepare shrimp and lobster during a hands-on cooking class at his Bebo Trattoria (2250-B Crystal Dr., Arlington). The class will be followed by a five-course lunch featuring the tasty crustaceans and a selection of wine. The cost is $140 per person, including an apron and a set of recipes.
