To say that this is one of the best delis in the area is to damn it with faint praise. It’s also to elevate the place above what it deserves. But the Parkway definitely will do when a craving strikes. We love the gruff charm of the staff and the conviviality of the dining room on a busy Saturday. Load up on the freebies at the excellent pickle bar and choose one of the lox platters with onion, tomato, cream cheese, and a bagel. Monday through Friday 8 to 11 am and 4 to closing, Saturday 7 am to 10 pm, Sunday 7 am to 9 pm.
