Why go: The honey-hued crusts—drizzled with olive oil before and after being baked—are salty, chewy, and perfect, and the pizzeria is a convivial gathering place.

What to get: Meatball sliders of veal, beef, and pork; simple Mia’s or Margherita pizza; rich and herby Alsace pizza, sprinkled with pancetta, Gruyère, and caramelized onions; daily-special cupcake, such as vanilla cake with blackberry frosting.

Best for: A casual dinner before a movie; outside dining in warmer months.

Insider tip: Sandwiches come with a salad that’s as good as anything you’d order from the menu.

Open Monday for dinner, Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner.
