Aaron Gordon has added to his offerings—which include Red Velvet Cupcakery and Tangysweet—a salad-and-sandwich shop, scheduled to open in late July. Chef Katsuya Fukushima—a 15-year José Andrés disciple who helped open Minibar in DC and the Bazaar in Los Angeles—is consulting on the menu.
