BEST FASHION STATEMENT

During a February trip to Europe, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice roused the spirits of US troops in Germany when she appeared on base wearing knee-high black leather boots with stiletto heels.

WORST FASHION STATEMENT

Vice President Dick Cheney raised eyebrows when he wore an olive-drab parka and snow boots to a solemn event in January commemorating the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp.
