We camped outside of Asia Nine (915 E St., NW), the slick new 300-seat restaurant in Penn Quarter from the owners of Alexandria's Rice and Spice. How did diners like the sushi and bento boxes? The curries and fried rice? And what was the scene like on a Tuesday night?
