We stationed ourselves outside downtown DC’s Founding Farmers (1924 Pennsylvania Ave., NW; 202-822-8783), whose 40,000 owners—all members of the North Dakota Farmers Union—opened Georgetown’s Agraria two years ago. What did diners think of the place, which offers everything from bacon lollipops to kettle corn to two kinds of deviled eggs?
