Things to Do

Giveaway: Two Artini Tickets!

March may come in like a lion and go out like a lamb, but rather than the weather, March to us means one thing: the annual Artini competition. Throughout the month, the city’s best bartenders create artistic martinis inspired by the work of students from the Corcoran College of Art + Design. You can taste the martinis all around town and vote for your favorite. Bonus: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7 PM during the month, one venue will offer a 20-percent discount on its Artini.

The winner will be revealed on March 28 at a gala at the Corcoran Gallery of Art. Want to go to the party but don’t want to drop the $100 that it costs? We’ve got a deal for you. Washingtonian.com has two tickets to give away to the Artini party. Want to win them? All we ask is that you write a restaurant review on Washingtonian.com using our new reader-generated review tool. (Details of how to write a review are here.)

Send an e-mail with a link to your restaurant review to candrews@washingtonian.com with the subject line “Artini” by March 23, and we’ll let you know by March 25 if you’ve won the tickets.

So happy restaurant reviewing—and happy martini sipping!
