We asked diners to dish about Sei (444 Seventh St., NW; 202-783-7007), the recently opened Asian-fusion restaurant from the owners of Oya, in DC’s Penn Quarter. Diners gave us the lowdown on the chic all-white decor and creative concoctions such as wasabi guacamole and a fish-and-chips sushi roll.
