Ardeo
From 11 to 2:30, this Cleveland Park eatery is serving a three-course Easter brunch for $35 per person.

Bambulé
The brunch buffet at this Friendship Heights restaurant will include omelets, pancakes, waffles, and egg dishes plus Spanish fare such as paella. $19.95 for adults; $10 for children. Brunch is from 10 to 3.

Bastille
This Old Town French spot is serving a three-course brunch from chef Christophe Poteaux. First-course options include asparagus soup; quiche; calamari/shrimp beignets with sheep’s milk yogurt and harissa; and foie-gras flan ($5 supplement). Entrées include eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and salmon caviar; spring-pea risotto; a burger with a fried duck egg; roast chicken; and filet mignon ($5 supplement). Desserts include crème brûlée and chocolate pot de crème, or you can substitute a cheese course for an additional $5. A children’s menu includes a soup or house salad, macaroni and cheese, and a choice of dessert. $29 for adults; $16 for ages 12 and under. Brunch is served from 11:30 to 2:30.

Beacon Bar & Grill
Unlimited Champagne, Bloody Marys, and mimosas will flow at this hotel restaurant, which will set up omelet and carving stations. $29.95 for adults; $14.95 for children. Seating at 11 and 1.

Belga Cafe
From 9 to 4, Belga Cafe will be offering a traditional Belgian brunch for Easter Sunday. Belgian waffles will, of course, be on the menu, as well as egg dishes like poached eggs with salmon and ham, sausage, and cheese omelets. Prices range from $8 to $25.

Blue Duck Tavern
A three-course menu will be served on the pretty outdoor patio and in the Shaker-accented dining room. On the menu is roast leg of lamb; seared Maine scallops; poached halibut and Maine shrimp; and prime rib. $85 for adults; $42 for ages 6 to 12 (under age 6 free). Brunch is served from 10:30 to 3:45.

Bombay Club
For $28, listen to live piano music and dine on entrees like seafood curry at the champagne brunch buffet at the Bombay Club. Champagne is unlimited, and brunch will be served from 11:30 to 2:30.

Brabo  
Enjoy brunch from 8:30 to 2:30 at Robert Wiedmaier's Old Town Alexandria restaurant. Brunch menu items include Scottish smoked salmon, King Street hotcakes with bananas, and Robert's Choice, a plate of pork belly, poached eggs, and cheddar potato cakes. All main courses are $14, and there will also be a do-it-yourself Bloody Mary bar. 

Cafe Milano
This swank Georgetown hangout is offering a Champagne brunch buffet with assorted pastries; made-to-order omelets, frittatas, and scrambled eggs; Italian cold cuts, cheeses, and salads; oysters, lobster, shrimp, and mussels; roast spring lamb; and sautéed king salmon. Coffee, tea, and juice is included. $80 for adults; $35 for ages 6 to 12.

Café MoZu
This Asian-themed restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental hotel is offering a brunch buffet with such dishes as sweet-and-sour Szechuan soup; sushi; dim sum; omelets; and waffles. Desserts include green-tea tiramisu; carrot/almond cremeux; and warm cookies. $75 for adults; $28 for ages 11 and under. Seatings are between 11:30 and 1:30.
A separate children’s brunch in the nearby Empress Lounge (reservations must be made in conjunction with the adult brunch) will include miniature burgers; shrimp tempura; chicken fingers; and manicotti. Each child will get an Easter basket filled with chocolates and toys, and the brunch includes a visit from the Easter Bunny, an egg hunt, and a cupcake-decorating session with the hotel’s pastry chef. The children will be supervised by hotel staff; $40 per child.

Café Promenade at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel
Café Promenade's brunch will feature a seafood table with sushi rolls, shrimp, crab claws, oysters, and smoked salmon; and a carving station with prime rib, Moroccan rotisserie chicken with harissa, and roasted leg of lamb with rosemary jus. A breakfast station will offer omelets, Belgian waffles, and eggs Benedict. For dessert, there’s a chocolate fountain, apple galettes, honey-pecan diamonds, and chocolate-marshmallow bars. $75 for adults; $35 for ages 12 and under. Brunch is served from 11 to 3.

Café Renaissance
This Vienna restaurant is offering its regular menu plus Easter specials such as lobster; lamb stew; duck breast; veal chop; and rockfish. Open from 11:30 to 8.

Chef Geoff’s (upper Northwest DC)
This eclectic American saloon is offering its full brunch and dinner menus plus an Easter special of rosemary/lemon-zest leg of lamb with roast red potatoes and asparagus. Brunch is served from 11:30 to 3.

Chef Geoff’s Downtown
A jazz brunch includes a starter of fresh fruit plus a choice of main course: eggs Chesapeake; Texas burrito; shrimp and grits; and waffles, among others. Coffee, juice, a mimosa, or a Bloody Mary is included. $25 per person. Brunch is served from 11:30 to 3:30.

Clyde’s of Reston
Specials include grilled lamb steak; applewood-smoked ham; eggs Maryland; and freshly baked hot cross buns. Brunch is served from 10 to 4.

CommonWealth              
This Columbia Heights restaurant is serving an Easter brunch and roast on April 12, with a three-course brunch menu to be served from 11 to 4, and the roast to be served until 10. Menu items include maple and mustard glazed ham ($25), herb-roasted beef ($30), and whole-roasted fish for two ($20 per person). All entrees come with an appetizer, like the English pea and shitake mushroom soup, and a dessert, like the lemon meringue tart. For an additional $15, a beer pairing will be served.

Coeur de Lion
A three-course Champagne brunch will start with appetizers such as New England clam chowder; a baby-greens salad; and a crepe with smoked salmon and asparagus. Entrées include herb-roast chicken; steak and eggs; roast leg of lamb; Belgian waffles with bacon, ham, or sausage; and eggs Benedict. For dessert, there’s a banana spring roll; fresh-fruit layer cake; or tiramisu. Appetizers are $9; main courses range from $16 to $25. Brunch is served from 11:30 to 6.

Del Merei Grille
A fixed-price brunch includes a bottomless mimosa, fountain drink, or coffee. Among the appetizers are Caesar salad; taquitos; and deviled eggs. Main courses include a lobster omelet; poached eggs with crab and English muffins; buttermilk pancakes; biscuits and gravy; French toast; chicken-salad croissant; and oyster po’ boy. $25 per person. Brunch is served from 10:30 to2:30; dinner at 5.

Dino
This Cleveland Park Italian spot will serve an Easter brunch plus a children’s menu. First-course options include prosciutto-wrapped asparagus; fresh fruit with ricotta; baby artichokes; and veal/pork meatballs. Entrées include French toast with sour-cherry/maple syrup; house-made boar sausage; Gorgonzola-stuffed filet mignon; and mushroom bruschetta with balsamic bacon. For dessert, choose any item from the dessert menu, or a two-piece cheese plate. $39 per person (children’s menu is à la carte). Brunch is served from 11 to 3:30.

Elements on Level One
Elements on Level One, in the Herndon branch of the Hyatt, will serve a buffet that includes bagel, omelet, and carving stations plus seafood, salads, and made-to-order waffles. Adults get a free mimosa. A children’s buffet includes chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, and pizza. $40 per adult; $20 per child. Brunch is served from 10:30 to 2:30.

Equinox
Todd Gray’s dining room near the White House is offering a three-course brunch. Appetizers include pan-fried Rappahannock oysters; morel-mushroom soup; smoked salmon with crème fraîche and fingerling-potato salad; and fricassee of local shrimp and fava beans. Entrées include hazlenut-brioche French toast; poached eggs with crab; pan-roasted rockfish with blood-orange vinaigrette; and grilled lamb chops with potato tots and peppercorn/lamb jus. For dessert, there’s banana-citrus parfait; apple pie; chocolate-truffle cake; cannoli; and petits fours. $45 per adult; $25 per child. Brunch is served from noon to 4.

15 Ria
This restaurant in the Doubletree Washington is offering brunch with carving and omelet stations, a salad bar, and an entrée buffet. Brunch is served from noon to 4.

14K Restaurant
This downtown DC restaurant’s buffet brunch will serve made-to-order crepes and omelets, French toast, waffles, pancakes, along with fresh seafood and salads. There will also be a carving station with prime rib, turkey, and ham. Brunch comes with a complimentary glass of Champagne plus orange juice and Starbucks coffee. $38.95 for adults, $12.95 for ages 11 and under. Brunch is served from 9 to 3.

Fontaine Caffe & Creperie
This Old Town Alexandria creperie is offering its "Old Town Brunch Club" menu, which includes such crepes as the Moroccan (spinach and feta cheese with mint-yogurt sauce), the Norwegian (smoked salmon and caramelized onions), and the Parisienne (roasted chicken with ratatouille). Prices range from $10 to $16, and brunch will be served from 10 to 3.

Fyve
The Pentagon City Ritz-Carlton's main dining room will put out a buffet with carving and omelet stations, a salad bar, a seafood station with caviar and shrimp, and more. $90 for adults; $45 for ages 11 and under. Seatings begin at 10, with additional seatings at 10:30, 11, 1, and 1:30.

Guardado’s

This Bethesda Salvadoran restaurant will serve an all-you-can-eat buffet with scrambled eggs; fried plantains; smoked salmon; cooked-to-order tilapia; grilled chicken thighs; and more. $21.95 per adult; half-price for ages 11 and under. Seatings are from 11 to 1 and 1 to 3.

Hook
Along with homemade scones, this Georgetown seafood restaurant will serve appetizers such as grilled calamari; saffron soup; and smoked salmon. Main courses include French toast; eggs Benedict; and ale-battered haddock. Appetizers are $9 to $15; main courses are $10 to $17. Brunch is served from 11 to 4.

Hudson Restaurant & Lounge
The brunch buffet at this colorful West End dining room and patio comes with either a mimosa or juice. $33 per person. Brunch is served from 11 to 4.

Ici Urban Bistro
Lamb shoulder with flageolet beans and slow-cooked pork with baby turnips are on the menu at this French spot in the Sofitel hotel. Seatings are from 7 to 11 for breakfast, and 6 to 10 for dinner.

Irish Inn at Glen Echo
Brunch at this tucked-away Irish pub and dining room starts with Galway oysters; potato-leek soup; shepherd’s pie; or shrimp and grits. Entrées include slow-roasted prime rib; scrambled eggs with smoked salmon; pan-seared salmon niçoise; leg of lamb; bangers and eggs; boiled crab cakes; and fish and chips. Entrées range from $16 to $22. Brunch is served from 11 to 3.

Jockey Club
This resurrected dining room is offering an à la carte menu, which includes smoothies, pastries, omelets, Belgian waffles, and truffled fries. Adults will receive a free glass of Champagne, while children will get Easter eggs. Desserts include chocolate mousse, vanilla crepes, and ice cream and sorbets. Main courses range from $8 to $22; ages 5 to 12 are half price. Brunch is served from 11 to 3.

Juniper
Free-flowing Champagne, made-to-order omelets, carving stations, shellfish, salads, and more will be available in the Fairmont hotel's Colonnade Room, which overlooks the courtyard garden. They'll also have live music. $75 for adults; $37.50 for ages 11 and under. Brunch is served from 10:30 to 3. 

La Bergerie
This cozy French restaurant is offering a three-course lunch for $40, a four-course dinner for $60, and a two-course kids’ menu for $16. There will be a strolling violinist during lunch, served from noon to 3.

La Ferme
The special menu at this Chevy Chase French restaurant includes chilled asparagus soup; duck terrine; seafood pot pie; roast leg of lamb; New York strip; bittersweet-chocolate-mousse cake; praline-caramel cheesecake; and white-chocolate/berry parfait. The three course meal is $43 per person and served from 11 to 7.

Lafayette Restaurant at the Hay-Adams
Have a three-course brunch overlooking the White House and Lafayette Square. It starts with an amuse-bouche of a prosciutto-apple-and-potato pancake. Appetizers include oak-barrel-smoked salmon; goat-cheese-and-roasted-beet salad; and pan-seared diver scallops. Entrée choices are crabcake Benedict; grilled Scottish salmon; red-wine-braised lamb shank; sautéed pappardelle pasta with shrimp and lobster; and pan-seared beef tenderloin. A glass of Tattinger is included. $85 per adult; $40 for ages 11 and under. Brunch is served from 11:30 to 2.

Lebanese Taverna
All six locations of this Middle Eastern chain will offer a three-course meal of arugula salad, roasted leg of lamb, and special Lebanese cookies and Arabic tea for $29 per person. Tables receive a bowl of dyed eggs for a traditional game, and each table’s winner will get a gift certificate from the restaurant. The standard menu will also be offered throughout the day. Reservations are available from 11:30 to 9.

M Street Bar & Grill
This hotel restaurant in DC’s West End is offering a three-course brunch that includes a glass of Champagne, mimosa, or Bloody Mary. For appetizers, choose between New England clam chowder or heart-of-palm salad. Entrées include bacon-wrapped prawns stuffed with crab; prime rib with potatoes and vegetables; chicken breast stuffed with spinach; and mozzarella-and-red-pepper ravioli with mushrooms and shallots. Dessert is an Oreo/chocolate-chip mousse. $29.95 per adult; $13.95 for ages 12 and under. Brunch is served from 10 to 5.

Market Street Bar & Grill
At this casual Reston spot, brunch will include a carving station with beef, pork, and turkey; an omelet station; a seafood bar with oysters, shrimp, and sushi; plus pastas, salads, and desserts. $59 for adults; $29 for seniors and ages ten and under.

McCormick & Schmick’s
The Arlington location of this seafood chain will offer brunch items as well as an Easter dinner menu all day, while the McLean location will serve eggs Chesapeake and eggs Benedict until 2, along with its regular dinner menu all day.

McGinty’s Public House
Expect a visit from the Easter Bunny at this Silver Spring bar and restaurant. He’ll be hopping around from noon to 3. There’ll be both fixed-price and à la carte options.

Morrison-Clark Restaurant
A three-course set menu will be served at this historic Southern-accented dining room. To start, there’s cauliflower soup; Caesar salad; or house-made pecan-cranberry granola. Entrées include mushroom frittata; grilled pork chop; French toast; and pan-seared salmon. Desserts are a choice of blueberry clafoutis; lemon profiteroles; spiced apple tart; or a duo of sorbets. $45 for adults with Champagne, $40 without it; $20 for ages 11 and under. Brunch is served from 11:30 to 3:30.

Mrs. K's Tollhouse Restaurant
Easter brunch at this historic Silver Spring restaurant includes smoked salmon; herb-roasted lamb; and shrimp, scallops, and crab served in Champagne-cream sauce over linguine. The restaurant will hold Easter egg hunts 30 minutes before each seating. $55 per person; $20 for children 12 and under. The egg hunts are an additional $10 per family. Seatings are at 11, 1, and 3:30

Nage
This whimsical downtown DC dining room will offer its regular Sunday brunch menu—with dishes such as French toast and blueberry pancakes—along with a few Easter specials such as lamb and eggs; smoked-salmon quiche; and a duck-confit crepe. Bloody Marys and mimosas are discounted to $3; main courses are $9 to $18. Brunch is from 11 to 3.

Normandie Farm
A Champagne brunch and dinner are both on offer at this bucolic Potomac restaurant. Brunch includes unlimited Champagne, cider, juice, soda, or milk. The buffet will have an omelet bar, made-to-order pancakes and waffles, quiche, roast turkey breast, lamb tarragon, and more. $35 for adults; $15 for children under 12.
Dinner features appetizers such as French onion soup; shrimp cocktail; lobster bisque; veal/Italian-sausage pâté; crabmeat cocktail; and asparagus vinaigrette. Entrée choices include roast leg of lamb; duck; filet mignon; grilled salmon; roast chicken breast; rockfish stuffed with crabmeat; and vegetarian lasagna. Main courses range from $24 to $38.50. Dinner is served from 4 to 8.

Occidental Grill & Seafood
Brunch standards like cinnamon French toast and eggs Benedict will be on the menu, along with dishes like a crab-and-asparagus frittata; spinach-and-mushroom quiche; and grilled petite filet mignon with eggs. The regular lunch menu will also be served. Main courses are $10 to $21. Brunch will be served from 11:30 to 5.

Old Angler’s Inn
This Potomac restaurant will serve a three-course brunch that includes such appetizers as lobster bisque; Caesar salad; oysters; and pâté. Among the main courses are Chesapeake rockfish; roast leg of lamb; asparagus-and-fines-herbes omelet; and Châteaubriand. A trio of desserts will be wind things down. $48 per person. Brunch is served from 11 to 6.

The Oval Room
A three-course fixed-price menu will be served at this elegant modern-American dining room. Appetizers include white asparagus soup with pickled shallots; pastrami-cured kampachi; foie gras terrine; and goat-cheese custard with kumquats and fennel pollen. The main course is a choice of spring-pea-and-morel risotto; striped bass with anise and almonds; halibut with razor clams and ginger; and beef sirloin with soy caramel. For dessert, there's toasted-coconut cream tart; chocolate/beet savarin with bleu-cheese ice cream; hazelnut dacquoise with salted-caramel ice cream; and rum-braised pineapple with mojito sorbet. $45 per person. Brunch will be served from 11 to 3.

Petits Plats
This quaint Woodley Park French restaurant will offer a three-course menu that includes such starters as New England clam chowder; smoked salmon; salade niçoise; and baked mussels. Main courses include salmon with bell peppers; hanger steak with French fries; pan-seared branzino; steamed mussels; and leg of lamb. There will be assorted miniature sweets for desserts. $42 per person. The three-course menu is served from 11 to 9 (the regular brunch menu is available until 3).

Pinzimini at the Westin Arlington Gateway
An à la carte menu starts with oatmeal soufflé; Peroni-beer-and-Pecorino soup; and Taleggio-cheese fritters. Entrées include omelets; pancakes; grilled salmon; grilled New York strip steak; eggs Benedict; and roast leg of lamb. There will be a selection of desserts. Entrée prices range from $12 to $20. Brunch is served from 10 to 4.

Poste

The Hotel Monaco’s in-house brasserie will take advantage of its wood-burning spit by roasting a lamb this Easter. The regular brunch menu (main courses range from $12 to $26) will run from 9 to 3. The lamb should be ready by noon.

Redwood
This airy new Bethesda restaurant is offering a four-course fixed-price brunch. The menu includes cider-doughnut holes with hot apple cider; asparagus-and-crab salad; glazed ham; and rotisserie prime rib with fried eggs and home fries. For dessert, there's a chocolate buffet. $38 per person. Brunch is served from 11 to 3:30. 

Restaurant 3
During Easter week, this Clarendon restaurant will make its own version of the sugary chick-shaped marshmallows known as Peeps. On Easter Sunday, a brunch buffet will include smoked bacon; Asiago grits; muffins; and French toast. A carving station will hold honey-glazed ham; Dijon-crusted leg of lamb; and slow-roasted prime rib. Brunch is $24 per adult; $12 per child. Brunch is served from noon to 3.

Rocklands Barbeque & Grilling Company
This barbecue outfit—with locations in DC, Alexandria, Arlington, and Rockville—is offering a range of Easter meats: grilled boneless leg of lamb ($14.99 per pound), whole-smoked ham ($3.99 per pound), grilled beef tenderloin ($25.99 per pound), and grilled salmon ($14.99 per pound). To go with the meats, there are sauces such as horseradish cream, mint sauce, and whiskey-mustard sauce as well as sides such as roasted potatoes, candied baby carrots, steamed asparagus, and deviled eggs. Desserts include lemon squares and coconut cake. Store hours are from 11 to 9.

701
A three-course brunch with live jazz is on offer at this Penn Quarter dining room. Appetizers include asparagus soup; chilled prawn salad with quail egg and duck prosciutto; scrambled eggs with caviar and lobster; and braised-lamb risotto. Among the main-course choices are buttermilk pancakes with grilled pork belly; rack of lamb; lobster ravioli; pan-roasted chicken breast; and almond-crusted salmon. Desserts are mango cheesecake; crème brûlée; apple-pear strudel; sorbet trio; cherry financière; and chocolate profiteroles. $40 per adult; $20 for ages 11 and under. Reservations are available from 11 to 4.

1789
Chef Daniel Giusti is creating a three-course brunch at this history-laden Georgetown mainstay. Appetizers include carrot soup with raisin compote; Jonah-crab quiche; oyster gratin; and sweet and savory country biscuits. Main courses include challah French toast; ham and eggs with black truffle; slow-roasted halibut; rack of lamb; and duck hash. Main courses range from $28 to $36. Brunch is served from 10 to 8.

Syrah Restaurant
The Reston Sheraton's restaurant will feature an Easter bunny, a petting zoo provided by the Reston Zoo, and a brunch buffet. Choices include made-to-order omelets and waffles; fresh pastries; mahi mahi with leek confit; steamed spiced shrimp; and a carving station with honey-baked Virginia ham, roasted rack of lamb, and slow- roasted sirloin of beef. $36 for adults; $15 for children under 12. Brunch is served from 11 to 3.

Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro
This Reston wine bistro is offering not only an à la carte brunch menu but two Easter egg hunts and a visit from the Easter Bunny. There will be a petting zoo with bunnies, baby chickens, and baby lambs on the restaurant’s lawn. The brunch menu includes eggs with potato hash and bacon, sausage, or ham; toasted-almond pancakes with cinnamon butter; petit filet with Parmesan-truffle shoestring potatoes; crabcake Benedict; and lobster scrambled eggs. For dessert, there’s caramel meringue with chocolate mousse or apple crisp with dulce de leche ice cream. Kid-friendly choices include buttermilk Easter-egg pancakes, which they can decorate themselves. Entrées range from $9 to $18. Brunch runs from 11 to 3; the Easter-egg hunts start at noon and 2.

VOLT
Brunch at Bryan Voltaggio's innovative Frederick restaurant begins with a choice of oyster chowder with fava beans; hamachi sashimi with avocado and soy air; smoked Arctic char with beets and dill pudding; beets with goat cheese and peppercress; goat-cheese ravioli with ramps and morels; and English-pea ragout with slow-braised bacon and lavender froth. For the main course, there's eggs any style with hash and lamb sausage; brioche French toast with caramelized-banana puree; striped bass with artichokes and fennel gel; Arctic char with arugula and sorrel; chicken with black truffle, fingerling potatoes, and trumpet mushrooms; merguez sausage with lentils and cumin-toasted almonds; slow-braised goat with chickpeas and roasted piquillo peppers; rabbit four ways; and beef striploin with morels and parsnip puree. Egg hunts will take place in the courtyard at 11, 1, and 3, and a children's menu will be offered. $45 per person. Brunch will be served from 10 to 3.
