BEER: Old Town’s RedRocks Pizza is whipping up a seven-course Allagash beer dinner. The spread features a charcuterie plate, wood-roasted sea scallop salad, wood-fired eggplant Parmesan, gulf shrimp, lamb meatballs, a cheese pairing, and panna cotta.
