Panera Bread Launches Super-Healthy Hidden Menu

The bowls are high-protein and low-carb.

Fast-food chains’ off-menu items, like In-N-Out’s “animal-style” fries, aren’t so secret these days, and now neither is Panera Bread’s super-healthy hidden menu.

The health-conscious sandwich and soup chain announced this month its move to offer a hidden menu in all locations.* The menu first launched in New York City locations last November.

Even better: The six hidden menu items are designed to be health-conscious. The power breakfast egg bowl with steak, for example, clocks in at 230 calories and contains 20 grams of protein. The power chicken hummus bowl contains 33 grams of protein and 330 calories.

Power Breakfast Egg White Bowl With Roasted Turkey: 190 calories
All-natural turkey with egg whites, baby spinach, roasted peppers, and basil pesto.

Power Steak Lettuce Wraps: 280 calories
Seared top sirloin, leaf lettuce, cucumbers, diced tomatoes, red onions, basil pesto, and lemon juice.

Power Mediterranean Roasted Turkey Salad: 320 calories
All-natural turkey, baby spinach, romaine, tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, lemon juice, and extra-virgin olive oil.

Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad: 360 calories
All-natural chicken, baby spinach, romaine, tomatoes, applewood-smoked bacon, diced eggs, lemon juice, and extra-virgin olive oil.
