1 pound Egyptian or Greek feta cheese
6 cloves garlic
2 limes, juiced
2 red jalapenos
2 green jalapenos
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
Place all the ingredients except for the olive oil into a food processor and mix. While the ingredients are mixing, add the olive oil in a slow stream until the dip is set but not liquidy.
