How You Can See Rob Thomas at The Fillmore This Thursday For Free

Written by Washingtonian Staff | Published on December 7, 2015

You probably recognize Rob Thomas as the lead singer of the ’90s alt-rock legends Matchbox Twenty. Now, Thomas has gone solo, and replaces the arena-sized sound of Matchbox Twenty with a more intimate, acoustic-oriented treatment of the band’s hits, peppering his sets with personal anecdotes about each song’s inspiration.

Thomas performs live this Thursday, December 10, at The Fillmore Silver Spring, and Washingtonian is giving away two pairs of tickets to the show.

How do you get your hands on a set of these tickets? Share your best memory of the ‘90s in the comments below. We’ll pick the best two responses on December 9, at noon, and send the winners information on how to claim their tickets.

Info about the show can be found at ticketmaster.
