Fitness Events This Week: Fletcher’s Cove 5K, Skiing Day Trip, and Midday Twerking

CPR Training

DC’s Fire and EMS Department is hosting a 20-minute, hands-only CPR training. While the demonstration does not qualify participants for certification, it does focus on using chest compressions to help save lives. Free; 6 PM.
